1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Weeynov's applications, including Gather, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Accounts & Google Verification
When you sign in using Google Authentication, we collect your email, name, and profile picture solely for the purpose of creating your account and displaying your profile within our applications (like Gather). We do not misuse or sell this data.
3. Use of Service
Our services are provided "as is". You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, or abusive material through Gather communities or Weeynov's platform.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
